University life can be exciting, but it can also bring challenges that can impact wellbeing. The Wellbeing Navigators are trained students聽who offer peer support and help normalise the ups and downs of student life. You鈥檒l often find them involved in events like Mental Health Awareness Week, Pink Shirt Day, and weekly activities throughout the academic year. Whether you have a specific question or just feel like talking to someone, they鈥檙e always up for a chat.
What鈥檚 Happening for Student Wellbeing
The team has opportunities for students to connect, unwind, and look after their wellbeing throughout the year. Many of them take place in The Living Room,聽a dedicated space on campus for students to relax, connect with others, or take time out between classes. The Living Room is open to all students from 9am to 4pm.
